Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To make things easier, we voluntarily extend this period: you may return your order within 30 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at support@thesundaymanager.com with your order number. You do not need to state a reason, though if a bid went wrong at your table, we understand.

Conditions

• Items must be returned complete and in resalable condition. You may open the box to inspect the contents, but if the game shows signs of use beyond inspection (sleeved cards, marked components, missing pieces), we may reduce the refund by the diminished value.
• Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product - in that case we cover the return and send a replacement or full refund, your choice.
• Please pack the game securely. Boxes that arrive crushed make grown managers cry.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. Original shipping costs are refunded when you return the entire order within the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

Damaged or missing components

A missing card or a damaged component does not require a full return. Email us a photo at support@thesundaymanager.com and we will ship the replacement part free of charge. This is usually faster for everyone.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the statutory 2-year legal guarantee for defective goods.
