1. Seller

2. Orders and contract

By placing an order and completing checkout you make a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse orders in case of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability - if payment was already taken, it will be fully refunded.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm the order. Available payment methods are listed at checkout. Goods remain the property of the Seller until paid in full.

4. Delivery

We ship to the countries listed in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times stated are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. If a package arrives visibly damaged, please document it with the carrier and contact us.

5. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Details, conditions and our extended 30-day return window are described in the Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Legal guarantee
