Where we ship

We ship across Europe, including the United Kingdom. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you confirm the order - and it is all-inclusive. Whatever you pay at checkout is final: no customs fees, no import VAT, no courier surcharges at the door.

Processing and delivery

European orders are processed and dispatched by our fulfillment partner in Brno, Czech Republic, within 1-3 business days. UK orders are handled by our UK fulfillment partner. Depending on your destination, delivery is carried out by GLS, DHL or UPS. Delivery times after dispatch typically range from 2 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Customs and import fees

You never pay customs or import fees on delivery. Within the EU no fees apply, UK orders are fulfilled locally with VAT included, and for other destinations any import duties and taxes are already covered by the shipping rate you pay at checkout (delivered duty paid).

Lost or damaged shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@thesundaymanager.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We will resolve it with the carrier - you will not be left standing at the touchline.
